The Olympus Fund consists of 123 units spread across 7 buildings within 2 miles of each other - which were purchased in 3 individual transactions.

Thanks to a strong professional relationship with the seller (who we’ve previously purchased five buildings from), we had the opportunity to acquire 7 phenomenal buildings at a purchase price ~15% below market. Because these are situated in such a highly desirable area, every building (with the exception of one) is 100% occupied at rental rates roughly 20% below market.
